Who I work with.

Services I offer.

  • Duration: 15 minutes

    This brief telephone call:

    • Allows you to get a sense of my approach and style, and determine whether you feel we are a good fit interpersonally.

    • Provides an opportunity for me to ensure that my expertise aligns with your goals and needs.

    Fee: Complimentary!

  • Duration: 60-75 minutes

During this first appointment, we will discuss how you are doing right now, identify your goals for treatment, and explore what has (and hasn’t) been helpful in the past.

    We will also:

    • Review structured assessments (if/as needed).

    • Discuss treatment options.

    • Determine session frequency and duration.

    • Decide if individual, couples, or group therapy is the best match for your goals.

I offer evidence-based therapy (meaning, the treatments I offer have been studied extensively, and have demonstrated effectiveness across many studies…they work!).
